The Omni-Directional Robot is designed to provide versatile movement in all directions,
including forward, backward, sideways, and turning on the spot. This is achieved through its
unique omnidirectional wheels, which allow for smooth motion on the horizontal axis. These
robots are also compact and space-saving, requiring less workspace due to their efficient
design. Their adaptability and quick installation make them an ideal choice for various
applications. The robot kit includes everything necessary to get started, including
hardware, code, and guides for building different embedded applications.
The robot is based on the Arduino Nano platform and comes equipped with four Omniwheels and
four BO motors, along with a 16x2 LCD display, onboard buzzer, and various sensors. The
system allows for motor control through Bluetooth, and it can read both analog and digital
sensor data, such as from ultrasonic sensors. The kit also supports easy integration with
additional components and can be used for a range of radar and robotics applications,
including controlling servo motors and utilizing ultrasonic sensors for distance
measurement.
